Register as an Employer on Safe Haven Talent -  Create your dedicated account by forwarding the information to trevor@safehaventalent.com where you will be verified and have permission to do the following:

  1. Data & Consent Forms – Sign the Data Transfer Declaration and Candidate Data Consent Form. This allows you to view compliance documents and referencing details.

  2. Company Profile – Email your company information, including name, main contact details, location, contact number and website.

  3. Email your job description – Email to trevor@safehaventtalent.com

  4. Search & Filter Candidates – Browse candidate profiles emailed to you and view Compliance Confirmation certificates (DBS, Right to Work, and Disqualification/LADO status).

  5. Candidate Screening – Shortlist and screen suitable candidates.

  6. Application Review – Review applications and request interview permissions via SHT to assess candidate suitability.

  7. Interviews – Select candidates for interview, schedule and manage interviews through the SHT platform, and record evaluation notes.

  8. Hiring Decision – Extend a job offer and sign the SHT fee agreement upon confirmation of hire. Alternatively, reject candidates and provide feedback via the portal.

  9. Referencing & Onboarding – Gain full access to your chosen candidate’s profile, including documents and contact information, to complete onboarding.
